Generally, we are unable to remove items from, add items to, or combine orders. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
If you would like to cancel an order before it has processed or cancel items from the order, please reply to your order confirmation email. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please call us at 866.456.8836. If your order has not yet processed, we will attempt to honor your request, but we can't guarantee that we can cancel the order.
We are unable to add items to an existing order. We do not have access to the credit card number you use when placing your order, and we cannot charge your card for more than the amount authorized.
If you would like to add to your order, please call customer service at 866.456.8836 and tell them you have an order online that you would like to add items to. You must have your online order number.
Unfortunately if the order has already processed, we will be unable to add items and you will need to place a new order. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you wish to change an item on your order for an item of the same cost (ie, you ordered the wrong size shirt or the wrong pin size on a sight), please reply to your order confirmation email. Again, if your order has already processed, we will be unable to make this change.
If you placed multiple orders online with the same shipping address and they process on the same day, we will make every available effort to combine the orders and reduce your shipping charge. You do not need to contact us to request this, but it is helpful if you reply to your order confirmation email and alert us to the fact that you placed multiple orders. If the older order has already processed, please note that we will be unable to combine your newer order with it.
